The form below is the first step in my commission process. Please fill this out and wait for my response before joining the waitlist. I do not give a timeline of commission acceptance as my personal artistic process is not suitable to a schedule. Thank you for the interest! I will get back to you when I can :)

Important note: I only accept commissions with sent in clothing! I have a P.O. box you will send your garment to. Most often people send me an item from their closet, something they know fits and I can give it new life! I always encourage thrifting/sourcing second hand for these garments. However, I also accept clothing ordered straight from brands, as I know shipping yourself may not always be accessible.
